Daily Transcript Wednesday, 15 December 1920 FUNERALS: ELLIS - the funeral of MRS. HERBERT ELLIS will be held at Fairview, tomorrow afternoon with burial in the Village cemetery. SMITH - The funeral of ISABELLA T. SMITH was held at the home of her daughter, MRS. L. G. FORD at 73 Martin street, this after- noon. Rev. E. B. Robinson officiated. Burial was in Village cemetery, South Hadley Falls. **following submitted from unknown newspaper** MRS. LENA ELLIS, wife of HERBERT ELLIS, died this morning at her home, 1 Watson avenue, Fair- view. She was born in Canada and had lived in this section 11 years. Besides her husband she leaves one daughter, BESSIE, at home and three sons; HERBERT L. of Holyoke, and FRANK and HAROLD, at home. She was a member of the Beulah Baptist church. The funeral of JOHN O'CONNOR was held this morning, followed by requiem high mass at the Sacred Heart church. Rev. P. E. Carey was cele- brant and the bearers were FRED BURGESS, THOMAS MERRIFIELD, THOMAS LEAHY, ELI BRIGGS and PATRICK LYON and OTTO KISTNER.
