         Another Victim of the Pemberton Mill Disaster.
         
         On Wednesday last, as is the usual custom at
       Lawrence on holidays, the water was drawn off
       from the canal by which the mills are supplied
       with water, and a mass of brick which fell into
       the canal at the time of the disaster to the
       Pemberton Mill was removed, when beneath there
       was found the body of MRS. McCANN. She was prob-
       ably carried down with the falling wall through
       the ice and drowned. She leaves two or three
       children.
