Baxter, 2335 Garfield avenue. Besides Mr. Baxter, he is survived by two other sons, Charles H. of San Antonio, Tex., and Oliver H. of Seattle, Wash.; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth McLemore of Caldwell, N.J., and Mrs. Alice Stewart, of Chrisman, Ill., four brothers, three sisters, 17 grandchildren, and 5 great grand- children.
