              ARRESTED FOR PARRACIDE
              
           TERRE HAUTE, Ind., Jan. 3. - CLINTON SMITH, nineteen
         years old, was arrested yesterday for the murder of his
         father, IRA SMITH, a farmer in the southern part of the
         county, on New Year's eve.
