RODGERS, 91 years old, for many years a resident of Tippecanoe county, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. THOMAS METCALF, at Pike's Crossing, Boone county, Thursday of paralysis. He was married in this county in 1863 to MARGARET LUCAS, who died several years ago. His daughter is the only surviving child. The funeral was con- ducted from the home of the daughter Satur- day. Rev. Roy E. Denman, pastor of the Central Christian church of Lebanon, of- ficiated and burial was in the Green Lawn cemetery at Frankfort. ==========================================================================
