She had been a resi- dent of the home for a year, coming to La- fayette from Chicago where she was born on June 29, 1854. She was a member of the Holy Angels Catholic church at Chicago and was a devout Christian. One son, CHARLES CARROLL, of Indianapolis, survives. The body was pre= pared for burial at the Soller-Harrington parlors and was forwarded to Chicago for burial on Monday. Interment will be in the Calvary cemetery. ==========================================================================
