                 DIED.
                 
              WELLS - Near Flint, Feb. 10, 1878, Mrs. MARY JANE,
                      wife of ALPHEUS WELLS; aged 34 years, 10
                      months and 28 days.
                      Funeral took place at the Christian Church
                      yesterday and was largely attended, Elder
                      W. P. Aylsworth officiating. Mrs. WELLS was
                      a sister of JOHN and WILLIAM BRITTON and
                      formerly lived in this place.
