                 DIED.
                 
              CLARK - At Pleasant Lake, Ind., on Wednesday
            March 27, 1878, Mrs. BETSY CLARK; aged 70 years,
            2 months and 12 days.
            
              Deceased has resided in this county for about
            forty-two years, having been one of the earliest
            settlers of the part of the county in which she
            resided. funeral took place at Pleasant Lake, 
            March 28, Elder W. P. Aylsworth conducting the
            services.
