         MRS. GEORGE FALLS, of Clinton, one of the oldest settlers
       of Parke county, was found burned to death near her residence
       the other day. She was burning weeds and rubbish, when her
       dress is supposed to have caught fire, and her cries were too
       feeble to bring assistance.
