We used to hear of "honor among rogues," but we think it is now obsolete. The person would steal from one of our "soldier boys," who has so often braved death in defense of the country, including (as is the present case) the horrors of Andersonville prison, is too mean to live. He should be hung. The family were from home when the theft was committed, and we have not learned that any clue has been had as to who took the money. - Bloomington Republican ==========================================================================
