CHAPIN, of the O'Rielly Tele- graph, that a new line is in course of construction, and will be finished in a short time from Dayton to St.Louis, by the way of Greenville, Ohio, Winchester, Muncie, Anderson, Indianapolis and Terre Haute. At Winchester it will intersect the Bellefontaine Rail Road, and follow the line of that road to this place. The construction of this Telegraph line will ensure to the citizens of Central Indiana two lines of communication with the east by separete wires, at all times. MR. C. will leave this city to-day for Winchester and intermediate points to solicit stock sub- scriptions. Sufficient stock has already been secured to build the line from Terre Haute to St. Louis. When this and the Madison line is finished, we shall have four lines diverging from Indianapolis. ===========================================================================
