                   CATHERINE ANN SMITH, infant daughter of Mr. and
                 Mrs. GUY O. SMITH of Oxford, died at 6 o'clock
                 Monday morning of exhaustion. The baby was three
                 weeks old. The funeral will be held from the home
                 at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with burial at the
                 Independence cemetery.
