KEPNER, who resides at the corner of Broadway and Virginia avenues in Normal, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. FRANK FOULK, of Saybrook, Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. Mrs. KEPNER, who was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. WILLIAM CAMPBELL, was born on August 14, 1849, in Dry Run, Franklin county, Pa., and was married about fifty years ago to JAMES M. KEPNER, of Port Royal, Pa. Soon after their marriage they came to Illinois and settled on a farm near Saybrook, where they lived until 1898, when they retired from the farm and moved to Normal, where Mrs. KEPNER has since resided. Her husband died at their Normal home about twelve years ago. Mrs. KEPNER was the mother of four children, JOHN M., of San Francisco, Cal.; Mrs. ELIZABETH FOULK, of Saybrook; Mrs. FANNIE RAINEY and WILLIAM C., both deceased. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. E. W. BAIR of 608 East Douglas street in this city. Mrs. KEPNER was a member of the Second Presbyterian church of Bloomington, and was held in high esteem by all who knew her, and her true character and noble disposition were never more appreciated than when met in her own home. She was a member of one of the most respected families of the county. The funeral will take place at the United Brethren church in Saybrook Friday morning at 10 o'clock. ==========================================================================
