                   Died at the County Farm
                   
                   - ROBERT HOFFMAN died at the poor farm
                at 12:30 p.m. yesterday, from delirium
                tremens. He was born in Switzerland 32
                years ago, and had lived here about five
                years, and was an employe of the Alton
                shops. He had been at the county home only
                a short time.
