Almshouse is two and a half miles south of Mt. Carroll; farm contains 150 acres. Superintendent receives a salary. There are eighteen males and four females in the almshouse. Three males, one female insane; one male epileptic, one boy under 16. The buildings are in average good condition; care is good.
