         BROWN COUNTY
         
         At the time of visitation to this county, there were 13
       male and 9 female inmates, 4 boys and 2 girls under 16 years
       of age, and 1 feeble-minded boy under 21 years of age.
         The almshouse was in good repair and cleanly. A cistern
       and vegetable cellar are badly needed.
