Ottumwa, Iowa, Aug. 27. - JOHN PARKER, 39 years old, and JOHN WYATT, 44 years old, garbage collectors, were in- stantly killed early this morning when their wagon was struck by a Burlington fast mail train at the Jefferson street crossing. Both men were mangled beyond recognition. One horse was also killed and the other injured and shot. ==============================================================================
