         Maquoketa, Ia., Jan. 3 - WILSON TEEPLE. aged 70
       years, native of Jackson county and for the past
       15 years resident of Nashville, died in that vil-
       lage last night, two hours after he had been stricken
       with paralysis. He was past 70 years of age.
       
         Surviving are his widow, formerly Miss EMMA SWAN,
       to whom he was married Sept. 2, 1876, and two sons,
       ROY, CLINTON and LYMAN, South Fork township.
