         CORITA HOLSCLAW, 12 year old daughter of Mr. and
       Mrs. H. L. HOLSCLAW, was found dead in the house
       that had been carried from her father's ranch far
       up the canyon to a point near the former site of
       the Southern California Edison Company's substation
       above Castaic junction. In the same house also is
       believed to be the body of a 6-month-old HOLSCLAW
       baby. The mother was tossed into a tree by the
       flood; the father carried to safety when he clung
       to floating debris. Both survived.
