MR. STECKEL is an old resident of this vicinity and well known at least amongst the German people of Mason county. He leaves a widow, son GEORGE and three daughters. MRS. AUGUST TIEDEMAN and MRS. KINNEY are both well known ladies in this community. The other daughter resides in California. The son GEORGE has been for some time a resident of Minneapolis.
