                                  DIED.
                  Of Dropsy of the heart, FRANK, only son of
               LIVINGSTON B. and LUCY GREGORY, aged one year,
               seven months and nineteen days.
                  He was a bright little fellow, and the loss
               is severe.  The bereaved parents have the sym-
               pathy of the community.
