Capt. FINCH, of the Life Saving Crew came up, and by "fishing" in the water for some time succeeded in raising the body. The man was a single man about 25 years of age, and had, only a few days ago, got out of jail where he had been serving out a sentence for drunken- ness. He had no relatives or friends here, and it is thought that he was under the influence of liquor at the time. ===========================================================================
